Regency Free Installation Terms & Conditions

Terms and Conditions for Free Delivery and Installation on All Regency Gas Log Fires (Excluding Outdoor Fires). Standard Installation Only.

Free Delivery and Installation: This offer includes free delivery and standard installation of Regency Gas Log Fires, excluding outdoor fires, within the Sydney Metro and Lower Blue Mountain Area. The delivery and installation service will be provided at no additional cost to the customer subject to the below t&c’s.

Eligibility: This offer is applicable only to customers purchasing a Regency Gas Log Fire (excluding outdoor fires) from Homegas during the promotional period.

Standard Installation: The free installation service covers standard installation only. Any additional installation work, such as modifications to the gas supply line, flue system, or custom installation requests, will incur additional fees. The customer will be informed of these charges in advance and can choose to proceed with the additional work at their discretion.

Outdoor Fires Excluded: This offer does not apply to outdoor gas log fires. Installation and delivery charges for outdoor fires will be the responsibility of the customer and will be subject to separate agreements and costs.

Service Area Limitation: This offer is limited to customers located within the Sydney Metro and Lower Blue Mountain Area.

Exclusions: This offer does not cover any additional services or materials beyond the standard installation. Any customization, modifications, or upgrades requested by the customer, including but not limited to additional flueing, gas piping, flashings, electrical work, carpentry, or additional accessories, will be subject to separate charges. This offer cannot be combined with any other discounts offered by Homegas.

Warranty: The warranty for the Regency Gas Log Fire and its componentry will be as per the manufacturers’ terms and conditions. The installation is covered by Homegas standard warranty terms.

Modification and Termination: Homegas reserves the right to modify or terminate this offer at any time without prior notice. Any modifications or updates to the terms and conditions will be effective immediately upon publication.

By accepting the free delivery and installation offer, the customer acknowledges and agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
