Between June 15th – July 15th, 2023 buy an eligible Regency and receive up to $400 as a manufacturers rebate Submission of a valid rebate claim form, proof of purchase, and serial number via email or mail by September 25th, 2023 to receive your manufacturers rebate. Mail submissions must be postmarked by the due date above. Offer not available in New Zealand.
Submissions that are incomplete, without a valid 9-digit serial number, valid customer details and an attached final invoice showing purchase paid in full, or not sold within the promotion period will not be honoured/paid. This rebate offer is limited to (1) rebate per serial number. Serial numbers that were claimed in previous Regency promotions are not valid for this offer.
If the 9-digit serial number is not known to the consumer or dealer at the time of submitting the claim, claims can be submitted with known details and a copy of the invoice attached and marked “to be advised” under serial number. Claims may be accepted pending complete details although payments will not be processed until all details are received by Regency.

The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of claims and individuals (including an individual’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any individual who submits a claim that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the claim process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
If for any reason an individual does not take/redeem the offer (or an element of the offer) at the time of purchase or redeem by September 25th, 2023 then the offer (or that element of the offer) will be forfeited.
If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as anticipated by the Promoter due to any cause beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any individual; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
