Most manufactures of Gas Portable Heaters recommend servicing every two to three years. However, we recommend servicing your heater every year before winter hits to ensure it is working safely and efficiently.
A full service and safety check is $185 inc. GST
We have now set up all our vans to do mobile servicing. Our tradesmen will undertake the service in their vans to reduce the time in your house. However, our tradesmen will need to enter your house after the service to complete the safety check.
To avoid all contact, we can also service your heater at our workshop. You will need to drop off your heater at our showroom, and we will give you a call once the service is done to come and pick it up.

Gas Portable Heater Error Codes

| 00 | Mains power failure during operation | Press the ON/OFF button twice to reset heater. |
| 03 | Tilt switch activated | Ensure appliance is level & upright. Service call if repeated. |
| 10 | Oxygen shortage | Clean filters. Ventilate room. Service call if repeated. |
| 11 | Ignition failure | Check gas supply is turned on, turn the heater OFF and then ON again. If the heater fails to ignite after 4 attempts a Service call will be required. |
| 12 | Incomplete combustion | Check gas supply is turned on, turn the heater OFF and then ON again. If the heater fails to ignite after 4 attempts a Service call will be required. |
| 13 | Combustion control faulty | Service call. |
| 14 | Filter Blockage / Overheat | Clean filters. If error continues a service call will be required. |
| 16 | Room overheat | Lower room temp to below 40°C |
| 18 | Thermocouple output error | Lacking in gas supply or incorrect gas type or Service call. |
